Data Deletion
SkyKind is operated by ThatUsCitizen. SkyKind does not create user accounts and does not maintain a user-profile database.
Delete Data Stored on Your Device
SkyKind saves preferences such as your last weather place, selected scene, temperature unit, and day-planning choices on your device.
- Android app: open Android Settings, choose Apps, SkyKind, Storage & cache, then Clear storage. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data.
- Web app: open your browser's site settings for SkyKind and clear site data.
Request Data Deletion
You may ask ThatUsCitizen to delete any SkyKind information it can identify as associated with you. Email support@thatuscitizen.com and use the subject “SkyKind data deletion request.” Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or precise location information.
Weather Services and Purchases
Weather and place-name requests are sent directly to the providers identified in the SkyKind Privacy Policy and are handled under their retention practices. Clearing SkyKind data does not delete Google Play purchase records, cancel a purchase, or issue a refund because Google manages those records separately.
What to Expect
Because SkyKind has no account or user-profile database, ThatUsCitizen may have no server-side SkyKind record connected to you. We will review a deletion request and explain what information, if any, can be identified and deleted.
