SkyKind is a weather and lifestyle planning app that helps you choose the kind of day you want.
Getting Help
Email support@thatuscitizen.com. Include your device type, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or precise location information.
Common Checks
- If location is denied, search for a city manually or use the location button again after enabling app permission.
- If a scene looks stale after an update, close and reopen the app.
- If live weather does not load, check your connection and try again.
- Rain ahead is a 15-minute model forecast for the selected weather location, not live radar. Resolution varies by region.
- Trip Check covers only dates currently offered in its destination forecast list. Search for the destination, choose the correct city or region, and check again closer to the trip because forecasts can change.
Trip Check Limits
Trip Check provides general forecast guidance for the outdoor parts of a day. It does not know venue or trail conditions, closures, routes, wildfire impacts, flooding, or official warnings. Consult official local alerts for safety-critical decisions. Checking a trip does not change your current weather location unless you choose “Use this as my weather location,” and it never changes your selected visual scene.
Purchases
Google Play or the Apple App Store handles scene-pack checkout and receipts. If a purchased pack is missing, open the Scene Library and choose Restore purchases, then confirm that the device is using the same store account that made the purchase. If it is still missing, contact SkyKind support with the order date and store order or receipt number. Do not send full payment details.
Privacy
Read the privacy policy for details about location, weather requests, and local preferences. Use the data deletion page to clear local data or submit a deletion request.
